Everybody wants to look their best, after all, it’s the end of summer, the heat is forcing minimal clothing, and we have all spent too much time in the sun, but getting that covetable glow is not an easy task. So when 944 Magazine came to me for the best ways to stay hydrated and moisturized and to ultimately achieve that sparkle, I came up with my best tips and tricks to radiate health and beauty.

Tip #1: Drink plenty of water, not only does it hydrate your cells, but it boosts your metabolism as well.
